Organizing your sales team and leads in a real estate domain is difficult. Salesleg does this efficiently by maintaining all the contacts, managing the leads and real-time tracking and timely coordination. We were asked to re-imagine their whole process and digitalize them smartly to give a lightweight product for both web and mobile. Our main goal is to keep the product very simple so that it is intuitive to any new Sales Associate of the organization.

We conducted a workshop to understand the business, the nature of work, and its users. We collaborated with the Stakeholders to understand the workflow in-depth and try to see how they handle day-to-day complexities. We gathered the insights from it to define the root problem and ideate viable solutions.

We conducted user interviews and analyzed them to curate them in the form of user persona. This helps as a reference point which gave us a better understanding of the users for whom we are building the platform.

We designed a new mobile app along with a complete overhaul of the existing web platform. The navigation of the product is simplified to the utmost essentials and easy-to-understand terms. Everything from asset discovery to order experience is maintained consistently across both web and mobile.
