A seamless system to integrate the workflows of a laboratory ecosystem.
Organizing and maintaining a laboratory ecosystem can be difficult. ZIFO does this with ease by integrating the workflows of a lab into one seamless system. “Cuttle” is the tool they want to build to monitor and execute workflows across multiple user profiles. Our main goal is to create a system tailor-made for each user profile that doesn’t deviate in behaviour and usability.
We conducted the discovery workshop to understand the business goals, define the problem and understand their users. We collaborated with the stakeholders to understand the workflow from their perspective and to see how they handle day-to-day complexities.
Building a complex and scalable Design System
The goal is to create a design that is Minimal, Modern and Sustainable.
Deep Dive, Empathise, and Create reference points.
We conducted user interviews, gathered their problems and analyzed them to curate them in the form of user persona. This helps as a reference point whenever a user story has been placed for a discussion between us and the stakeholder, which helped us not to deviate from the core problems.
Ideate solutions, understand the outcomes and get to the execution.
Breaking complex problems into simpler ones by decoding them as user scenarios. We brainstormed and narrowed down solutions for each user story by providing task-level details. We managed to create user flow and information architecture guided by our user stories.
