ZIFO does this with ease by integrating the workflows of a lab into one seamless system. “Cuttle” is the tool that they want to build which can monitor and execute workflows across multiple user profiles. Our main goal is to create a system that’s tailor made for each user profiles and doesn’t deviate in terms of behaviour and usability.

We conducted the discovery workshop to understand the business goals, define the problem and understand their users. We collaborated with the Stakeholders to understand the workflow from their perspective and try to see how they handle day to day complexities.

We conducted user interviews, gathered their problems and analysed them to curate it in the form of user persona. This helps as a reference point whenever a user story has been placed for a discussion between us and the stakeholder, which helped us not to deviate from the core problems.

Breaking complex problem into simpler ones by decoding them as user scenarios. We brainstormed and narrowed down solution for each user stories by providing task level details. We managed to create user-flow and information architecture guided by our user stories.
